From the Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport take Interstate 10 West to Highway 51 North. Exit on Bell road and go East (right) two lights to 40th Street. Notice Paradise Valley Hospital on corner as you turn right (South). We are immediately south of the hospital in the Las Palmas Medical Suites, 16620 40th Street. Turn right into the first driveway (before the flag pole at the Fire Station) and proceed to Suite E.
