Puede usarse ultrasonido, de ser necesario.TratamientoLos tumores testiculares requieren biopsia y extirpación, por lo general, con la remoción de todo el testículo y el cordón espermático mediante una incisión en la ingle. Los tumores malignos de los testículos tienden a propagarse tempranamente a los ganglios linfáticos en el abdomen. En algunas oportunidades es necesario extirpar estos ganglios, pero con frecuencia ello depende del tipo de tumor, los marcadores tumorales y la radioterapia de los hallazgos patológicos o quimioterapia combinada, con cisplatino, etopósido y bleomicina.La fecha creó: 3/28/2006
